Virtual Networking Done Right

Networking in Diners (NiD) is a structured networking system of vetted business professionals, designed to make new connections, learn new ideas, generate introductions and build a team of trusted advisors for your business.

There are three components to NiD Virtual:

Virtual Coffee & Connections: our monthly members-only morning networking meetings.

Food for Thought: our monthly, open-invite member spotlight speaker series.

Casual Conversations: our informal monthly open-invite networking virtual happy hours where you get a chance to bring a guest and meet members from other groups in a less formal atmosphere.

This is Where We Meet

Each week, members who RSVP will receive a Zoom link and password for that month’s meeting.

Professions We Seek

At NiD, you can “lock-in” your profession in one of our exclusive groups! Our vetted networking group of business professionals allow for only one seat per vertical. What does that mean? Once we fill a spot for your profession at one of our groups, that position is exclusive to that group so long as you keep your membership current. We find that the following ‘mix’ of professions make for a more productive network. If you see your profession listed, contact us today. We’re always expanding and growing our groups.

  • Business Attorney
  • Commercial Realtor
  • Business Accountant
  • Commercial Insurance
  • Marketing Firms
  • B2B Printing and Promotions
  • Business Coach
  • IT Business Support
  • Commercial Banker
  • Business Services (Logistics/ Import/Export)
  • Financial Planners – Business Owners
  • Business Recruiter
  • Payroll Companies
  • Market Research Firms
  • Business Telecom/Infrastructure Firms
  • Building Services:

Coffee and Connections

Solve Challenges Together

We meet once a month, in a structured networking environment, to learn about the business of the members and to help with referrals and advice. The meeting is held in the morning and is structured into two parts:

The Breakfast Roll (Your Pitch)

We go around the table, with each member giving a 4-minute introduction.

Your 4-minute presentation should have 4 elements:

  • Describe what you do – your business.
  • Describe an ideal client for you.
  • How do you help your clients? Tell us a story!
  • Describe your best power partners, those that are your best referral businesses for you.

Who Do You Need to Meet?

Bring Home the Bacon (Your Business Challenge)

A member will outline an issue and the group will provide new, innovative ideas to solve the member’s issue.

The Process:

  1. One participant raises a challenging issue that has been troubling them.
  2. The group asks questions to help clarify the issue.
  3. Each member of the group shares an experience that is similar or analogous to the problem to shed light on a possible solution.
  4. The person who raised the issue takes all the experiences offered into consideration when crafting a solution.

Food For Thought

Expand Your Knowledge

We meet once a month and we invite our members to give a 30-minute presentation on a topic of their choice or we will invite a guest speaker to present to the group.

These sessions are educational and informative and are designed to help you learn how to be more effective in your business. They are held in the morning.

Casual Conversations

Develop Your Network

This is our casual and relaxed cocktail hour. We believe that people will help other people when they get to know them and better understand their needs. Our casual conversations meeting is just that – an informal environment where our members get to know each other on a more personal and relaxed basis. Our three meetings a month are designed to allow you to get to know the members of the group and to grow into a powerful network of trusted advisors that help each other grow your business and expand your capabilities and knowledge.
